Cole joined Fahey Schultz Burzych Rhodes PLC in August 2016.  He assists the firm’s growing Municipal Practice Group, concentrating on the representation of drain and water resource commissioners throughout the state, as well as townships, cities, counties, libraries, and special authorities served by the firm.

Cole received his Juris Doctor, Summa Cum Laude, from Michigan State University College of Law in May 2017. He graduated as a member of the Dean Charles H. King Scholars Program, which provides a full-tuition scholarship and is comprised of roughly the top 20 prospective students in a class.  While in law school, Cole worked as an intern for the Ionia County Prosecutor, a law clerk for the Michigan Department of Insurance and Financial Services, a law clerk here at Fahey Schultz Burzych Rhodes PLC, and served as a teaching assistant. He also received four Jurisprudence awards—the highest honor for academic achievement in a course.

Prior to law school, Cole graduated Summa Cum Laude from the University of Illinois – Springfield with a Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice.
