Kyle joined Fahey Schultz Burzych Rhodes PLC in August 2018 after spending the summer of 2017 with the firm. He assists the firm’s growing Municipal Practice Group, concentrating on the representation of townships, cities, counties, libraries, and special authorities served by the firm and additionally provides support for the firm’s Labor and Employment and Drain Law Practice Groups.

Kyle received his Juris Doctor from Notre Dame Law School in May 2018. During law school, Kyle externed for the City of South Bend’s legal department as well as for the Honorable Judge Jack Zouhary, United States District Court Judge of the Northern District of Ohio. During his time externing for the City of South Bend, Kyle helped revise ordinances, review contracts, and aided in code enforcement and foreclosure matters. In law school, Kyle was awarded for his academic excellence by making the Dean’s Honor Roll.

Prior to law school, Kyle graduated from the University of Michigan with a bachelor’s degree in public policy from the Gerald R. Ford School of Public Policy and a minor in economics from the College of Literature, Science, and the Arts. During his undergraduate studies, Kyle interned in the City of St. Joseph’s city manager’s office and in Meridian Township’s human resources department.
