Brittany joined Fahey Schultz Burzych Rhodes PLC in May 2019.  She assists the firm’s growing Municipal Practice Group, concentrating on the representation of townships, cities, counties, libraries, and special authorities served by the firm and additionally provides support for the firm’s Labor and Employment and Drain Law Practice Groups.


Prior to joining Fahey Schultz Burzych Rhodes, Brittany worked at White Law PLLC as an associate attorney. Her work included representing clients in a variety of areas of the law including large civil litigation, criminal law, administrative law, general litigation, and driver license restorations.

Brittany received her Juris Doctor, Summa Cum Laude, from Michigan State University College of Law in May 2017. While in law school, Brittany worked as a judicial extern for Court of Appeals Judge Amy Ronayne Krause, worked as a law clerk at White Law PLLC, and served as a teaching assistant. Brittany was also a Managing Editor for the Michigan State University Law Review. Prior to law school, Brittany graduated with honors from Michigan State University with a Bachelor’s degree in Communication.

Brittany is currently on the board for the Ingham County Bar Association Young Lawyers Section and is the head basketball coach for the Haslett Junior Varsity Girls’ Basketball Team.
