Presentation Overview:

Federal laws impose certain obligations on your township when it comes to accommodations involving animals, whether during an employee’s work day, at a public meeting, or as an exception to your zoning ordinance. Learn about therapy animals, emotional support animals, and other hairy issues that can put township officials in the difficult position of having to deny sympathetic requests.

Presenter Information:

Matthew Kuschel joined the firm in September 2015. He practices in the firm’s growing Municipal Practice Group, concentrating on the representation of drain and water resource commissioners throughout the state as well as townships, cities, counties, libraries, and special authorities served by the firm.

 

 

Kyle joined Fahey Schultz Burzych Rhodes PLC in August 2018 after spending the summer of 2017 with the firm. He assists the firm’s growing Municipal Practice Group, concentrating on the representation of townships, cities, counties, libraries, and special authorities served by the firm and additionally provides support for the firm’s Labor and Employment and Drain Law Practice Groups.
